Lovely Creations By Ashley, LLC is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

Lovely Creations By Ashley, LLC uses Square to process payment. Square complies with all required PCI standards. As per Square Terms, Security Policy and Privacy Policy, Square will never sell information to third party vendors.
Square protects its systems with industry-leading technology and security controls, including:

• Square’s software is developed using industry-standard security best practices.

Since Square itself is PCI compliant, it's not required for account holders to validate PCI compliance. Merchants who use Square for all storage, processing, and transmission of payment card data do not need to validate PCI compliance for those transactions.

Shipment is through Pirate Ship. Pirate Ship takes data privacy seriously. When you provide any addresses or private information, it is solely used for purchasing USPS® labels. Rest assured, your privacy is respected, and Pirate Ship never sells or shares any information you provide.
